3 weeks ago I came to Distinct Window Fashions for my daughter bedroom. It’s a beautiful bay... window on the 3rd floor. I was not sure what would work the best and I had been to another company who recommended roller blinds but the staff at Distinct Window Fashions took the time to advise me about the product and the fact that it would let a lot of light through the gaps! I can't say just how amazing Charlene was to do business with. She was extremely patient, showed me... ever possible option because I was asking for the impossible and we ended up with beautiful blinds. I decided after the fact that wanted to add some diffusion screens in behind the blinds and she helped me figure out a way to make that happen without having to change the cassette that I had originally chosen. Charlene is very detailed and gives you what you want. Knows her stuff and backs up her product... immediately. If there are any defects they will looked after promptly without argument Trust her judgement. I wasn't sure what way to go. Curtains or shutters? We chose shutters. 5 large windows with shutters.
